2000 Lph Reverse Osmosis Plant

The proposed Water Treatment plant based on Reverse Osmosis Technology shall be designed to produce product

Water at the flow rate of 2000 LPH as below mentioned.

Note:: The proposed water treatment system based on R O Technology shall be even Work continuously for 10 12hr Per day.

MOC of the RO Membrane housing, which houses the RO Membranes inside them, shall be FRP. The heart of the

System becomes very much critical criteria when the chemical cleaning shall be done.

The proposed Water Treatment System shall be semi - AUTOMATIC system, not the conventional Manual

System, which will be operated through control panel. The control panel will give the continuous display of the

Product water quantity before it enters into the RO to Product water storage tank. The proposed Water treatment

System will also trip in the eventuality of Low Suction Pressure and High Level.

MOC of pressure vessel for Dual media Filters shall be FRP.

Multi-port valve mechanism shall be provided for each of the Filter system instead of conventional Six valve

Mechanism to facilitate the smooth operation and less maintenance requirement.

All inter connecting as well as frontal pipe-work for the entire system shall be made of Advance Extra Strong PVC

Instead of conventional of SS / MS piping.

MOC of structure is SS 304 will give you long life of RO plant preventive from corrosion.
