Principle
High speed emulsifying device can powerfully mix ,high shear and disperse viscous solid and liquid materials, and rapidly dissolve many indissoluble materials such as AES, AESA and LSA during the production of liquid washing products, which save energy consumption and shortening production period.

Feature:
Mixer: it is frame mixer installed with scraper (PTFE material) It control with frequency converter which can adjust mixing speed which can reduce the formation of bubbles when the temperature is low and the viscosity is high.
High shear blend: it shear and emulsify produce with high speed. With the device, the machine can produce high quality product.
Heating and cooling: heat with electric or gas, cool with tap water
Vacuum: vacuum motor pump out of all bubble which produce when mix,With vacuum it can promote product quality, kill bacterial,extend expiration date.
