The Fixed Center Distance Variable Speed Pulley Drive is consists of two variable speed pulleys & a belt .One pulley is mechanically Adjusted and mounted on motor shaft (driver pulley) and other pulley is spring loaded Which is mounted on Gear box / machine shaft (driven pulley)
The output speed variation is obtained by means of screw spindle when it is turned of Driver pulley.
The variable speed belt is pulled in or out between the flanges of both the pulleys. There By changing the effective running diameter of the belt and providing speed variation of 1:6 of spring loaded pulley (driven pulley).
