Automated horizontal forging machine (HFM) with vertical joint of dies, V1139.

The Horizontal Forging Machine is designed for hot die forging in multiple-impression press tool out of bars and cut-to-length sections.
Can perform the following manufacturing operations: upset forging, broaching, notching, necking, cutting, bending.
The following operation modes are available: single strokes, continuous strokes, tooling.
The machine is equipped with automated feeding system: system of transporting part blanks in between forging dies as well as placing them according to the positions of forging dies.
