Compared with other models of cnc corner forming machine, this machinea s mold is specially made. Usually the mold can only make one size radius corner. If customer needs to make different radius corners, will have to order new molds. And changing mold work will cost extra working time. Our SKJCX-135 has very specially made round mold. Every 120 degree has one radius. For example, one mold has 6mm, 8mm and 10mm total 3 different radius section. That means if customer needs to change radius of corners from 6mm to 8mm, no need to change mold. Just adjust the control system. The 8mm mold radius forming section will be adjusted to working station. SKJCX-135 can make 3 different radius corners without changing mold.
