In the series of our range of products, we are engaged in manufacturing and exporting an extensive range of SCADEV Software in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Features:-
* PC based software to control and monitor parameters from PC maintaining all the reports on the lines of having paperless reports that are tamperproof and as per the recommendations of 21 CFR part 11. Reports generated are time stamped and indexed. As many as 16 machines can be connected on RS 485 network using MODBUS protocol. Standard reports comprise.
* Typically the system comprise of PLCs on equipments like DHS, Steam Sterilizer, Sterilizing and de-pyrogenating tunnel sterilizers and/or any pharma-equipments with PLC or data loggers having a RS 485/RS 422 ports and supports MODBUS protocol.
* The versatility of the software is such that in the event of the MMI failure the equipment can run from the PC and act as stand by.
* The data storage is virtually unlimited as the it is stored on the PC and is available for viewing or printing even at a later date.
* The XY chart in SCADEV is built such that the time v/s temperature, time v/s pressure plots can have very high resolution. Moreover, the XY chart can be printed on several sheets as continuation. (Similar to a Z fold chart which is cut at the perforation). All this can be achieved on a simple colored ink jet printer.
* Several reports that are mandatory for sterilizer batch records can thus be printed with due analysis.
