Planetary Mixer Machine - Stainless Steel, Electric/steam Jacketed Kettle | Low Noise Operation, Precise Mixing, Hydraulic Lifting Facility

CPM has designed and developed Planetary Mixer Machine in order to accomplish precise mixing, with no dusting & low noise. This Mixer is capable of processing in different industries like Cosmetic Industry, Chemical Process Industries; Pharmaceuticals & Food industries.

DESCRIPTION :
The system consists of a stainless steel Kettle with Electric/steam jacketed body for high efficiency of mixing with selector switches & on / off facility for its operation and controls.

The mixer has an Impeller for mixing which is revolving parallel along the face of the Kettle and agitating facility in center of Kettle for precise mixing of material accumulated from along the faces. The high-speed gears and motor drive both the Impellers. Speed of the Mixer is controlled via worm reduction gearbox.

The system is provided with lifting and lowering facility through hydraulic cylinder and power pack which, helps in mainly to take off the Kettle after mixing for the further process and also for the cleaning process.

220 Volts, I Phase, 50 Hz Electrical Power for the control panel
440 Volts, III Phase, 50 Hz. Electrical Power for the power source.
Compressed air 10 CFM at 70 PSIG at the control panel.
