The flake automatic packaging machine is suitable for automatic packaging of flake object such as medical dressing, medical operation instruments and latex glove; It can be used for various packaging materials such as plastic film, plastic and paper compound film, plastic and aluminum compound film.

The machine adopts highly-integrated and advanced PLC programmable controllers, user-friendly interface, and the seal heating is tested by temperature sensor module, which after modulus transforming and then send to PLC to be deal with, so as to get high precision of temperature control.

The are 5 sets of driving motor namely: servo motor driving heat sealing desk to-and-fro moving, 3 sets of stepping motor say drive deliver flake, draught and cross cutting mechanism. The output mechanism consists of one three phase induction motor drive the conveying belt after frequency conversion speed adjusting, and the conveying belt can be output at every 5 or 10 pieces with interval, which make it more convenient for encasing and recording.
