We offer to our customer the Automatic Neutralizing tank to keep the purity of the water against pollution. The water used in the industries is affected by ionization due to addition of some acidic substances with water. And water converts into chemical water. This acidic matters increases or decreases the PH value of the water. For neutralizing these acidic matters from the water, we offer the neutralizing tank.
CONSTRUCTION:
As per customer requirement sized tank is fitted with agitator. The agitator function is stirring the water with neutralizing element for neutralization. The agitator is functioned by fitting the motor with it. The measuring device which named as the PH value measured sensor with digital display is fitted with the tank for measuring PH value of the water. If the PH value of the water increases or decreases, the doshing pump and the agitator are switched on automatically and the neutralizing is started. With this arrangement, we provided a storage tank which keeps the neutralizing element.
