Our CNC Controller used for controlling the lathe machine.
* Control of up to two axes plus spindle. Feedback Inputs: 4 (2 axes+Spindle+MPG)
* 8" green CRT display(optional 9"). Analog Outputs: 3(2 axes+Spindle). 2D linear and circular interpolation
* CMOS RAM memory for storing MSD, Tool Data, "M" functions and part programs (32K)
* High resolution for high accuracy. Control resolution is 0.001 mm/0.0001 inch.
* Self-charging battery for memory retention up to one month
* MSD parameters may be entered using keyboard or from a PC using serial port.
* MSD parameters are displayed in an easy-to-read menu for simple selection and entry.
* Standard and Parametric Subroutines, user defined Canned Cycles. BCD Output for M2 functions and T2 functions.
* Spindle Creep command for gear and tool changes. Program entry in ISO code & Assisted program entry.
* Math functions, conditional jumps. RS232 (V24) port for PC communication and DNC.
* 32 tool offset files (length and wear compensation, Programmable Feed Rate and Spindle Speed.
* Location code and tool radius. Number of Main Programs:250
* Internal feedback multipliers facilitate various Feedback resolutions of: 0.001 mm, 0.002 mm, 0.0025 mm, 0.005 mm 0.01 mm per pulse or 0.00005 in, 0.0001 in, 0.0002 in, 0.00025 in, 0.0005in, 0.001 in per pulse.
