The unit has a triple-walled construction, with the inner chamber made up of SS304 and the outer chamber made up of GI / SS and finished in powder coated epoxy paint with glass wool insulation between the chambers. Full view glass window in the main door to facilitate easy viewing of the contents of inner chamber, magnetic gasket and lock for perfect sealing of chamber. It include perfectly designed cooling and heating system to operate over given range of temperature.

Temperature Range :- 10A C to 60A C with an accuracy of A 1A C.
Humidification Range :- 40%RH to 95%RH and Humidity Stability of A 3%Rh.

The unit is controlled by a Microprocessor based PID controller, which controls the temp. and humidity at required set level. The controller is simple to operate and the user can set direct humidity %Rh and temperature on digital indication .A glass wiper is provided on glass window for eliminating condensation. One Fluorescent Tube is provided inside the inner chamber for illumination. A perfect backside blower motor air circulation system is given for uniformity of temp. and humidity. On-demand software based online Microprocessor programmable PID controller with Time proportionate bands, data logger and cyclic timer, real clock battery backup and RAM memory,printer and PC interface, along with PT-100 sensor can be provided with the unit at Extra cost Our systems are fully controlled, easy to handle, user friendly, intelligent and Reliable.
