Following are some of the easy steps to achieve good taste and health:

* Deep Fry : Pre heat oil to 180C (350F) and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
* Oven Bake : Pre heat oven to 200C (390F). Brush Spring Rolls lightly with oil and place in a baking tray and cook approximately for 15-20 until golden brown. Storage-Keep frozen at -180C. Do not freeze once thawed.
