Hy-filling RCGN Series mono-block rinser/filler/capper is designed for bottling hot-filling juice or tea in PET bottles. Empty bottles are rinsed first. Micro-vacuum filling technology is used for filling hot juice or tea drinks. The filling temperature can reached 93 C. Bottles are handled by neck griping, and magnetic constant torque technology is used for screw capping. Frequency inverter is used to adjust the speed continuously, PLC and touch screen is used for controlling. All electronic and pneumatic components are from the band names. The capacity is from 3000 BPH to 24, 000 BPH (referred to 500 ml bottles).
