Features of Highway Guard Rails :
1. W-Beam (thrie-beams are also available)
2. Base steel: Q235 (S235JR / ASTM A283M) or Q345 (S275JR / ASTM A529M 1994)
3. Norma specification: 380*85*2.75/3/4*4128/4320mm or 306*80*2.75/3/4*4300mm
3. Hot dipped galvanized finish or powder coated.
4. Zinc coating thickness (double sides): 550 g/m2 (40Au) / 1100 g/m2 (80Au) / 1200 g/m2 (85Au)
5. Relevant parts required for guard rails: post, spacer (C, U and Sigma types etc) and fasteners
6. Other special specification as per client's requirement or drawings.
