Application

It is widely used in the environmental protection industry, such as biomass pellets production, boiler burning, waste classification treatment, waste recycling, renewable resources recycling etc.
Features

• Automatic control is adopted by the equipment, it is equipped with start, stop and reverse control functions, very convenient to operate.
• Dual motor drive is adopted, high torque, low speed, it is easy to realize differential by independent control. The output is increased by 15% with independent reverse when crushing. It can reduce the reverse times of motor and prolong the service life of the motor.
• Advanced technologies, such as holistic frame welding, heat-setting, holistic precision machining, are adopted. There are some advantages, such as low speed, high torque, low noise, small vibration, few dust, safe and reliable etc.
• Mosaic separating structure is adopted by cutters and cutter heads on the driving shaft. Simple maintenance and replacement can be done without dismantling the machine. The cost is greatly reduced.
