(1) Corrosion :
We carry out Rate of corrosion measurement as per ASTM / BJS / JIS standards of given material, environment at different concentrations and temperatures, Salt spray test, Flowing mixed-gas corrosion test as per 6051/2/11/7 IEC 2003, CEI / IEC 68-2-60, methods 1, 2, 3 and 4 connectors and electronics printed circuit board We are the one & only one doing this testing in India.
This test was carried out for CMC limited, Hyderabad & Indo-Electrical for their German work.
(2) Corroded Product/Scale:
We carry out corroded product/ scale formed in vessels, Heat Exchanger, Reactors, Pipe and pipelines in chemical, petrochemical, crude oil, fertilizer and other industries.
We also carry out testing of scales&/or film formation in boilers like water drum, water wall panel, super heaters, Headers, Down comers, Top & Bottom Ring Headers etc. These test are used in RLA and failure analysis of vessels Pipe, pipelines, boiler parts, etc.
