FIBREGLASS FLEXIBLE CABLES
Fibreglass Flexible Cables are used for complete wiring, short connections and repairs in and around 200 C. They are best suited to withstand thousands of hours and are resistant to alkalies, water, mild acid, oil, grease and fungus etc. They stay flexible within the temperature range of 70 C to 200 C and are excellent retainers of dielectric qualities.
APPLICATIONS:
They are used in applications and places where process temperature is very high hooking up Electric Heaters on Rubber Moulds, Plastic Moulds, Plastic Extruders, Heating Chambers, Ovens, Textile Machines, Furnaces, Complete wiring in Steel Plants, Chemical Factories, Fertilizers Plants and Instrumentation wiring.
They are available in big sizes with single core, twin core, three core and four core cables.
INFATROL
Thermostat control cannot be used for many heating application. For such case INFATROL is used. It operates on timed cycle in which a set of heavy contacts are opened or closed for varying length of time. The power inputs are controlled from 10% to 100% with the use of manual control. The INFATROL allows control on application where the heat losses are constantly balancing heat inputs.
