Speedfam Table Top Flat Surface Lapping & Polishing Machine equipped with specially graded Cast Iron Lapping plates with various groove patterns customized for different applications.The machine is designed with 3 rings & 4 rings that utilize the maximum area of lap plate. The machine is with in process plate conditioning facility which helps in maintaining plate flatness during process, the Slurry recirculation system ensures optimum use of slurry thereby reducing the cost of ownership. Typical applications are various such as Sub pump parts and re-conditioning of Mechanical Seals etc. These Table Top models are greatly suitable for R&D organizations or for small batch applications. It is available in plate size of 300 to 450mm.
