SMART: The word Smart characterizes one who is sharp quick in
thought; bright, intelligent, amusingly clever; witty, energetic or
quick in thinking; canny, imaginative, fashionable; elegant; capable of
making adjustments especially in response to changing business
circumstances and problem solving; a smart person is accomplished and
talented.

It should be noted that the most important component of the word
Smart is Art. The Smart Center considers the artistic aspect of winning
which is absolute paramount for the foundation of this philosophy and
the goal of our Center.



Research demonstrates that there is no substitute for objectively
observing and systematically measuring how people actually perform "on
the ground". A well designed Smartz Center is the most effective tool
available for assessing individuals in both individual and group based
environments for overall upliftments & development.

The Smartz Center is a magnet to attract and retain the best and most
talented students and beyond that, giving them the unique opportunity
to be involved in over all development & associate with experts
from the industry .Smartz Center will allow students unleash their
potential and maximize on their strength and interact with students,
researchers and faculty members from other Center also.

The Smartz Center aims to attract, nurture and anchor young talent
in the field of education. This center will function as an intellectual
hub and play a role in helping the institution to develop their human
and intellectual capital and building a strong knowledge-based economy.

Smartz Center will be first time ever a center to make a self test
on attitude and aptitude. All the imitativeness and training will be
provided on the requirement of the client. We provide a complete range
of Smartz Center design and delivery services. Even if an organization
has no prior experience of this most effective Smartz Center method we
design and manage the whole process from scratch using our own
established procedures and Smartz tools, or designing entirely new and
highly educationally relevant systems and exercises.

The Smartz Center Goals

• To bridge the Art of Business with the Business of Art

  help creative and business individuals learn processes and
  methodologies for developing a wide range of unique ideas prior to the
  actual creation of finished artifacts
• To develop a network
  of students, teachers , business leaders, entrepreneurs, educators and
  communities at national and international level from which to exchange
  ideas that will assist each participant with their creative endeavors

  bring together top creative educators, creative professionals and
  business leaders of national and international acclaim with students of
  all ages, nationalities and creative specializations to inspire
  innovative thinking
• To create a Think Tank for the
  research and development of new methodologies and to create an
  environment for the development and exploration innovative processes
  that will help solve business, community and creative problems in the
  21st Century.

The Smartz Center will

• Have the state of art testing questioners and self analysation programs
• Offer courses that can be taken will be suggested on the basis of skill mapping and re working tests.
• Various
  types of programs will be planned in the center. From basic
  communication to emotional mapping programs can be taken by the
  individual.
• Their age will play a major role and all the programs will be based on the same.
• The
  participants can be from the age of 12 and above including school
  students, job seeker, professionals as well as home makers.
• Also we will add our service with online counseling-personal grooming and LIFE SKILLS training.

Smartz center would have infrastructure in the form of

1. Facility for Video Conferencing
2. Skill studio for the participants to make their own programs/presentations/test their AV
3. Well furnished class rooms
4. Simulated rooms for board meeting/conference/public speaking/presentation
5. Front office : with an executive to receive and interact with hot seat arrangements
6. Counseling lounge : a small comfortable seating arrangement for individual counseling-relaxed seating position
7. Skill studio : a lab pattern with 5+ system and LCD facility-dedicated net connection /power alternate
8. Training hall : seating arrangement for 15+ with LCD and system
9. Complete
   support of the trainer on full time basis with required competencies
   & a staff room/ rest room/working place for the trainer.
