Microwave Method:-

• Place 1 cup of grain (rice) in a deep microwave safe bowl.
• Add 2 cup of water, butter or oil, add salt ,if preferred.
• Cover with lid or microwave safe plastic wrap
• Cook on HIGH for 10 to 15 minutes.
• Fluff the rice and let stand within 5 minutes and then serve.
