Key Features
01. The Pillar of the Press is made out of EN-9 material machined, ground, hardened, hard chrome plated & reground for long life.
02.All steel casted items will be stress relieved. Ram will be made out of Chilled casting and will be ground and hard chrome plated.
03.Main Cylinder will be ultrasonically tested for cracks and blow holes.
04.Main Cylinder will be pressure tested at 25% more than the rated pressure 24hrs.
05.T-Slots of T-10 (if required) are provided for mounting of dies on moving Bolster and working platen in each station.
06.2 Noa s. Approaching Cylinders (Double Acting) are provided for Fast Approaching and Return of the Hydraulic Press.
