Band Cutting Machine
This is an automatic machine used for band cutting from EPDM sleeves.
Main features of the machine are :
Band cutting of programmable width of diameters between 200 and 1000 mm and length up to 1050 mm.
Head stock with automatic drum expansion and collapsing mechanisem.
Tail stock tilting mechanism for easy loading of sleeves & retreival of bands..
Servo control for X and Y movement of cutting head.
Grinding head for base grinding.
Water spray arrangement for cutter cooling.
PLC & HMI Controlled operation.
Double Head Poly V Grinding.
Machine is used for grinding & slicing of Poly V EPDM belts.
Main Features of the machine are :
Two water cooled grinding wheels for coarse and fine grinding.
Servo control for both grinding heads and slicing heads.
Motor driven brush for simultaneous cleaning of belt grooves.
Belt slicing sizes : 3K to 18K
