Hydraulic Compression Molding Press - En-9 Hard Chrome Plated Pillar, Double Acting Cylinders, Ultrasonically Tested Main Cylinder

Details of our Hydraulic Compression Molding Press :-
01. The Pillar of the Press is made out of EN-9 material machined, ground, hardened, hard chrome plated & reground for long life.
02. All steel casted items will be stress relieved. Ram will be made out of Chilled casting and will be ground and hard chrome plated.
03. Main Cylinder will be ultrasonically tested for cracks and blow holes.
04. Main Cylinder will be pressure tested at 25% more than the rated pressure 24hrs.
05. T-Slots of T-10 (if required) are provided for mounting of dies on moving Bolster and working platen in each station.
06. 2 Noa s. Approaching Cylinders (Double Acting) are provided for Fast Approaching and Return of the Hydraulic Press.
DOUBLE ACTING CYLINDERS
01. We are using IMPORTED HARD CHROME PLATED AND GROUND PISTON RODS which are made out of medium carbon steel cylindrically ground for accuracy, for long seal life, hard chrome plated for damage and corrosion resistance.
02. The Cylinder assembly is complete with Rod seal, wiper seal, and piston seal and a Oa ring to give leak proof operation. All Oil Seals and O-Rings used in our cylinder are IMPORTED AND REPUTED MAKE MERKEL, PARKER, AND ECONOMOS ETC.
POWER PACK:
01. Manifold will be fitted direct on the top of the oil tank no return lines will be protruding on the top of the oil tank.
02. Pipe lines will be adequately clamped to avoid vibrations.
03. Man hole will be provided on the TOP of the oil tank closer to the high Pressure Pumps.
