Compression Moulding Press - 30 Ton Capacity, Three Station Hydraulic System | Proportional Pressure Control, Plc With Hmi, Water Cooling Facility, Dual Heating Zones

Compression Moulding Press is a three station hydraulic compression moulding press of 30 Ton capacity each. All presses are fixed on single plateform and operated by common hydraulic powerpack. The pump and motor are common while all control valves are individually operate. The pressing force is controlled by proportional pressure relief valves and at on HMI.
Two core pusher cylinders are also provided on each station which era fixed on L-brackets.
The press operations are controlled by PLC with HMI.
Combination of cold press and hot presses can be offered as per client requirement.

Illustrated one is with one hot press at center and two cold presses at both sides.

Water cooling facility for oil cooler (inbuilt in powerpack) and moulds in cold press is also given with flow regulators to control cooling rate.

In hot press two heating zones are given with individual temperature controllers of modbus type.

It is ideally suitable for textile pickers from UHMWPE powder.
