Use precision cam-interference drive feeding mechanism.
Only the lower part is controlled by the rolls and the upper rolls are pressed by the spring.
The rolls releasing is operated by the hand switch of the air valve.
Lubrication method: The beak of cam and the gears adopt oil lubrication,
the other parts of the decollator adopt powerful oil injection.
All the rolls are hard chrome plated
The releasing device adopt eccentric cam, therefore the releasing angle can be adjusted easily from 0A -180
