Multibloc F

Beverages: Filling

The Multibloc F is a filler designed to rack large cans (e.g. 5-liter party kegs) and special packages at outputs of up to 700 packages per hour. Depending on the configuration, it can be equipped with up to seven independently operating racking stations, which machine operators can individually adapt to production requirements.

Installing parallel formations comprised of several machines enables the user to expand the capacity of the racking line as required.

The machine operates fully automatically, can be integrated into any system concept, and is available with either Siemens S7 or Rockwell/AllenBradley controls.

The graphical user interface ensures maximum operating and machine management convenience.

The Multibloc F utilizes the proven KHS Innofill DVF volumetric filling system used in bottling applications.
