Key Features
The KHS screw capper provides reproducible settings for a wide range of applications of plastic cap types, and is suitable for both glass and PET containers.
Here, each capping element has a magnetic clutch, with which the capping torque can be adjusted. This ensures constant torque and, by means of the adjustment scale on the capping head, also accurate and reproducible settings.
The cap feed is implemented by means of a Pick & Place station, which enables both one-part and two-part caps to be processed. The size range extends from 28 mm via 30/25 mm to 38 mm, as well as other cap sizes commonly found on the market. Sport caps can also be processed.
