Innofill DRS is the computer-controlled pressure filling system with filling level probes for beer, soft drinks, mineral water, and other carbonated and non-carbonated products.

Using probes for fill level measurement and the associated central fill level adjustment provide high availability, exact fill volumes, and significant product saving potential. A particularly practical feature is that the range of filling levels can be additionally extended by means of the manually or automatically adjustable probe.

There is also great flexibility when it comes to bottle shapes and bottle sizes. The bottles are filled by means of a swirler without a spreader in the bottle neck - free from wear and independent of the size and material of the bottle or bottle neck. The bottle type is selected centrally - easily and conveniently at the monitor screen.

The emphasis is naturally on transparency with the Innofill DRS. All sequences are automated, and all processes are documented and reproducible. In combination with the short conversion times for both product and bottle changeover, the pressure filling system therefore provides a high level of system availability and safety.

Two different ways of realization:

1. DRS-VF: Bottling of soft drinks, mineral water, and non-carbonated products
2. DRS-ZMS: Bottling of beer with triple pre-evacuation
