Innofill DPG is the pneumatically controlled pressure filling system with return gas tubes for filling widest range of beverages in glass or PET bottles.

All valve functions are pneumatically controlled, guaranteeing fast and simple setting-up of the filling zones. The filling level is determined by the length of the return gas tube.

Regarding hygiene: This is achieved almost single-handedly by the non-existence of mechanical control elements for controlling the filling valve.

This results in a smooth, attachment-free external ring bowl surface that can be cleaned very quickly and effectively.

The single-chamber pressure filling system impresses due to not only low maintenance effort and high system availability, but also allows quick and easy conversion to other bottles, thanks to the quick-change return gas tube.

Two different system designs cover a wide product range. Whether ,soft drinks, mineral water or still products - Innofill DPG is the system-optimized, modern filling process that provides optimum product safety for widely differing beverages in glass or PET bottles.
