OPERATIONS:-
The column is swung to bring it in the loading position and locked in position by spring loaded locating pin in fixed on the column bottom flange.
The lifting bracket is lowered below the level of the lifting lug of the kettle.
The kettle (filled with paste) on the trolley is brought in to the loading position with the kettle lug above the lifting bracket of the loader.
The lifting arm is slightly raised so that it fit inside the lugs of the kettle. Once the bracket is firmly placed inside the lugs, loader is lifted to desired height.
