This machine is widely used to form Dangler pack or Display Pack in Paper- PE combination or PE - Polyester with Poly heat sealable film combination for packing light weight items into online formed shape pack. PE film is used to form desired shape & counter sealing is done by either Paper laminate or Polyester laminate. It is a continuous forming machine where shape or suitable cavity is formed & then items are placed into the formed cavities. After that, it moves to sealing station where sealing is done thru upper film. The film which is drawn from upper side to seal base formed patten has intermittent Slitting operation before it reaches to sealing area. Finally cross or vertical serration is done in desired pattern. This machine is equipped with PLC controller, servo system & indexer also.
