LA SPLENDRA fairness cream contains some ingredients which called tyrosinase inhibitors. These active ingredients stop tyrosinase enzyme in the skin from producing melanin. Zinc oxide and Titanium dioxide in the cream absorb and scatter the UV rays which damage the skin and responsible for pigmentation. Also Niacinamide in the cream stops the formation of melanin by inhibiting the transport of melanosomes from melanocytes to keratinocytes. Antioxidants in the cream helps to protect from free radicals damage.
Zinc Oxide blocks the entry of ultraviolet rays into the skin. It scatters and absorbs Ultra Violet A (UVA) & Ultra Violet B (UVB) rays.
Titanium Dioxide also absorbs UVB & short wave of UVA radiation.
Licorice extract contains glabridin inhibits tyrosinase activity.
Vitamin E raises the level of glutathione in the body which works to clear the body through free radicals and toxins. Delta tocotrienol form of vitamin E is effective in suppressing the activity of tyrosinase an enzyme that is essential for the production of melanin in skin cells.
Niacinamide is believed to influence cutaneous pigmentation by inhibits the transfer of melanosomes from melanocytes to the keratinocytes without inhibiting tyrosinase activity or cell proliferation.
