Many bearings are pre-lubricated and protected by shields or rubber seals. Others have brass or copper cages. Some have unusually small clearance. All types can be heated by Easy Heat (S) induction heaters. Made from impact resistant strong scratch resistant body of fiber glass coated with special heat resistant PU harel coating. Easy Heat (S) series models incorporate the latest microprocessor controller with memory backup and its unique feature is the recipe programming. The user can store different recipe programs for operating parameters like heating time & temperature for the frequently shrunk fitting jobs like Bearings, races, pinions, couplings etc. The heater can operate in two different modes ie, temperature mode or time mode ,this control give digital readout of the Bearing temperature in temperature mode or time mode shows heating time in countdown manner. Both Temperature and Timer readouts simultaneously displayed.
