Hydraulic Rail Clamps Hydraulic Rail Clamps are used in Bulk Material Handling Equipments like Stackers, Reclaimers, Stacker  cum Reclaimers etc. Hydraulic rail clamps hold the machines in one position against drag force of Yard conveyor. In case of storm, high speed winds tend to topple these machines. Hydraulic Rail Clamps along with anchoring arrangement, hold them securely to the Rail and protect them against high winds. During operation, the Hydraulic Rail clamp opens with the help of Hydraulic Cylinder and when machine is stopped and power is shut down, hydraulic Rail clamp jaws hold the rail there by holding the machine in one position. Depending upon capacity of machines, we have developed 2 types of Hydraulic Rail Clamps viz. HRC 15 and HRC 25. HRC 15 is suitable to withstand 15T drag force and HRC 25 is suitable for 25 T force.
