Functions and Features
The main characteristic of HPL press machinery is high pressure on sheet. It can hot press and cool at the same time, so it can guarantee the manufacturing technology for high quality sheets. It is frame structure, high intensity and rigidity. The oil tank adopts new Step-seal and YX sealing ring. The streams and cooling air are alternating to heat and cool sheets. The inner channel of sheets is rational to make temperature increase rapidly and equally. The stream system adopts metal soft pipe to connect and synchronizing linkage is of rack-and-gear type. Crossbeam can rise steadily. It has automatic temperature-detecting device. Hydraulic system adopts vane pump and high-pressure plunger pump which has large flow and low noise. The key valves have imported components so that it can meet the requirements of closure time and rate of rise.
