Our range of MDF Lines is a kind of wood based panel with density of 450-880kg/cm3 which is made from wood fiber or other plant fiber, which is prepared through the chip preparation and screen section, fiber preparation section, glue mixing and applying section, fiber drying section, mat-forming, pre-pressing, hot pressing, cooling & trimming section and sanding section.

1. MDF has small deformation and little warping.
2. MDF has high bending strength and large impact strength.
3. MDF is suitable for coating and painting. All kinds of coating and paint can be evenly coated on the MDF. MDF is the preferred base material for good painting effect.
4. MDF is a good decoration board.
5. All kinds of materials, such as veneer, impregnated paper, HPL sheet, light metal plate can be laminated on the MDF surface.
6. MDF has good physical performance and even material quality without dehydration problem. The performance of MDF is similar to natural wood without any defect of natural wood.
