HHRS is specially designed for sniffing leak test applications for high volume jobs, such as HT switchgears testing, SF6 gas filled EHT transmission devices and other high volume helium filling applications. Due to very high volumes of jobs the HHRS units are designed for offline recoveries where the recovery cycle follows the leak testing cycle. This configuration makes the system very cost efficient. This system, with additional costs, can always be converted into online recovery where the recovery happens at the background without disturbing the cycle time of the leak testing application. The HHRS system has potential of savings of Rs 6 Million to Rs 50 Million per Annum worth of Helium gas in a high production line.
