Description

Solution of organic dyes in true solvents.Compatible with all types of resin systems like P.U.,Epoxy,T.S.A, Polyester etc. and provides transparent colour with good light fastness. (ROHS complies)

Recommended use

This product is intended for use as a colorant to get transparent colour with for PU ,TSA, Epoxy clears. Due to excellent compatibility with all Tansy Care Systems it also enhances flow & leveling , gloss and performance of coloured transparent coating. It can be used to achieve flambouyantfinishes Top Coat Clear on Base Coat Metallic Finishes.

Surface Preparation

The surface should be clean, dry and free from oil, grease, dirt,& other foreign contamination. The surface should be assessed and treated in accordance with ISO 8504. For coating direct on metals, ultra sonic cleaning is recommended.Clean the surface thoroughly with suitable cleaner to remove oil, grease, and dirt

Application Instructions

For 2k system:

1. Take measured Volume of clear lacquer (Part-A) in clean container and add dyestuff solution under stirring condition and mix well until uniform solution is achieved . Then add Part -B in recommended ratio with Part -A. Exclude the volume of dyestuff solution added.

2.Dilute above solution with Compatible Thinner. Set application viscosity 18-22sec.

3.Filter with suitable nylon filter cloth

4.Ensure the surface is free from foreign contaminations.

5.Set air pressure at 40-50 psi

6.Spray to obtain a DFT of 30- 35 microns

7.Before Oven drying provide 5-8 min flash off time @ 25-35oC in dust free zone.

For 1-K system:

Storage :

Store containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and fire.

Loose containers must be kept tightly closed.
