This machine is based on a food-grade plastic gear pump controlled by computerized dosing electronics.

The electronics have an integrated no-drip operation, adjustibal speed control and is able to control the filling weight between 20 gr. and 10 kg. with very high accuracy (+/- 1% variance with maximum +/- 3 grams at 750 ml). Filling weight and other programming features are easily calibrated or adjusted.

This machine will fill approx. 550 jars of 370 gr./hour.

The filling machine can also be used as a pump in both directions with a capacity of approx. 245 litre/hour.

As all our machines, it can easily be expanded with rotating tables etc. Also, the pump can easily be dismantled and cleaned.

Guarantee:

The manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace all defective parts within 12 months from the date of starting the equipment, except for electric, electronic and wear-prone parts. The equipment is removed from the warranty, if not used for its intended purpose. In case of repair or replacement, all costs for transportation, accommodation of the technician/s are paid by the buyer.

Installation is optional, not included in the price. The shipment period is approximately 30 days.
