DANUBE Fruit Dryer Machineis a dryer that imitates the natural drying process toremove moisture from wet materials.Temperature isadjustablebetween 10-80.The dryerequipped with intelligent operation system, can automatically finish drying process with microcomputer control.The entire process is highly efficient, energy-saving and labor-saving.

The nutritional content of materials dried by this equipment will not be changed or destroryed at all. It can fully meet the hygienic standards required by QS food certification. It is suitable for mildew prevention, sterilization and preservation of powdery, granular, flake and other food,medicine,nutritional products,grain products and so on.

The Mesh Belt Dryer Machine Application Materials
Fruit:mango, peach, betel nuts, plantain, banana, apple, jackfruit, kiwi, lemon, pineapple, coconut, fig, berry, blueberry, plum,avocado, orange, tomato, papaya,prune, strawberry, grape, raisin, apricot, etc.
Vegetable:tomato, ginger, carrot, radish, cucumber, garlic, termmeric, onion, potato, cassava, yam, okra, lettuce pepper, chilli, Morel, Mushrooms, etc.Spices and Herbs:flower,grass, straw, moringa leaf, Bay Leaves, tea , forage, alfalfa, vanilla, seaweeds, marigold, etc.
Nut: almond, walnut, pecan, cardamom, peanut, groundnut, Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds, macadamia, beans, etc.Meat:shrimp, chicken, duck, sausage, sardine fish, beef jerky, earthworm, black soldier fly, maggot, insect larvae, etc.

Working Principle
1.The heat source provides energy, and the induced draft fan introduces cold air. After passing through the heat exchanger in the heat source section, the cold air is heated into hot air and sent to the interior of the dryer for air drying of the materials.
2.The material is spread out from the material spreader on the conveyor belt onto the mesh belt and runs in an "S" shape inside the dryer; The hot air generated by the induced draft fan is evenly dispersed inside the dryer. Due to the high pressure at the lower and upper parts, the hot air naturally moves upward and passes through each layer of mesh belt, allowing the material to fully contact the hot air and achieve the purpose of drying.
