Our firm is producing and exporting of FRP Cartridge Filter vessels in Vasai, Maharashtra, India. Many industrial Water treatment plants & desalination plants handle water having extremely high TDS. This demands for exotic quality of SS like Super duplex as an MOC for the filter housings. The COST, availability & skilled fabricators for such materials is always a problem

We have indigenously developed and are successfully supplying FRP micron cartridge filter housings which offers extremely good corrosion resistance at 1/5th cost of duplex steel materials. All housings are custom made to accommodate different number cartridges as per site conditions.

A duplex cartridge filter is generally used for processes where continuous operation is desired & break down is not tolerable.
The duplex filters consist of two similar filters housing wherein one is operational & the other one is standby. When one filter is clogged & is under maintenance, the flow is diverted to the other one. This enables zero breakdown operations.
