Specifications:
The anvil block is manufactured using high-grade grey cast iron. Anvil block has dovetailed type guide ways and provided with taper wedges for ensuring accurate fitting
Pillars are heavy duty, high class steel casted and single casting. This ensures absorption of exocentric forces released by off-centre blows and also provides necessary rigidity to the pillars in the forging zone
Die holder is designed using high grade steel forged alloy, locked with taper wedge and matched with the anvil surface
Tup is manufactured from high grade alloy steel cast, properly scraped, duty stress relieved and normalized and matched with the guide ways
Head assembly (lifting mechanism) is manufactured using heavy steel structure
Shafts & gears are made of alloy steel
To assure maximum service life, these machines are provided hard chrome faced and duly ground friction drum
All the brackets in the head assembly come with double ball bearings
