Flat Healds - For Low Speed Weaving

Neelam Healds offer highly economized productive weaving. We

machines for required tooling for quality achievements. Continental's
Flat Steel Healds are manufactured on sophisticated single line
production facility matching ISO / ISI & BS standards are widely
accepted.
Flat Steel Healds are manufactured from cold rolled High Carbon
Bright Polished, both edges rounded strips for Slider Heald Frames.
Simplex / Duplex type Flat Steel Healds: Nuovo-Duplex &
Simplex types are offered for low speed Shuttle OR Rapier Water jet
Weaving Machine for Optimum performance.
End Loops: Simplex/Duplex Heald with 10mm off center eye
are generally offered having Top & Bottom Loops Off-Set (Twist
Open). Simplex/Duplex Healds having center eye are generally having
corrugated loops on one side & flat loop on other side to prevent
them from being placed up side down on the Heald Frame.
Eyelet of Healds: Wide range of Heald Eye sizes / types
placed at center / 10mm off center can be offered. Extra care is
taken for polishing, de-burring & Edge rounding to Heald Eye
providing smooth surface for Optimum performance.
Rust protection: Our Flat Steel Healds are supplied duly
bright zinc plated OR Nichrome plated. 100% Rust Proof Stainless
Steel Healds can be offered for Water Jet & High Density weaves.
Repair Healds: Harden & tempered plates welded on both
the Heald ends are known as repair Healds. They are used for
replacing broken Healds OR missing ends by simply hooked to the Heald
Carrying Bar on the Heald Frame during working.
Automatic Drawing-In: Flat Steel Healds suitable for any
type of Automatic Drawing-In can be offered providing End loop with
Bevel stamped below the loop.
Selection of suitable Healds: Continental's Flat Steel Healds are
available in different strip width with suitable Eye sizes &
types for any weaving requirements. Our Automatic production line
allows production of Flat Steel Healds in the length of 241mm (9.5)
to 457mm (18). But generally, made in popular sizes as shown in
the chart.
