Specially selected extended surface tubes are used for as heat transfer elements. Special care is taken to prevent the material from corrosion ensuring durability. Material of construction of tubes are carbon steel seamless. High efficiency aluminium fins are used. the normal working pressure is 8 kg / cm2, however the units are tested at a pressure of 16 kg/cm2 air side/ on tube side for leak free operation. The radiators are designed in such a manner so that the maximum heat transfer per square feet of surface are can be ensured. This will also ensure that the maxium btu/ kilo calories of heat is achieved with lesser fuel. The radiators are light in weight and are easy to handle.
