Double Flank Gear Rolls

Double Flank Gear Rolls RT is offered as standalone-equipment for workshops. Only a power outlet is needed, air supply is not necessary. It is loaded and unloaded manually; the measurement is started with a button on the touchscreen. The entire cycle, meshing and measurement, is performed automatically. After the measurement, the result is displayed and the tester is unloaded. According to the model it is suitable for spur- and helical gears, shafts, worms and sets of worms with worm wheels. The tester shown covers a diameter range of 30mm-200mm at a distance of max. 260mm between centers. Other dimensions are available on request. We offer versions for Single- and Double flank testing.
