This tester is useful for DFC checking of large batches at final stage. Three gears of different no. of teeth, but, of same gear geometry are checked simultaneously. This is also equipped with display of all parameters on a PC with graph. The results are saved and analysis of the results is given for gear models, period, defect wise analysis etc. A dot pin programmable marker can be mounted on this tester

For100% DFC checking of gears with common master gear, but within PCD range of +/- 20mm. This tester is well suited for checking 100% gears at final stage. An arrangement of dot marker enables to mark company identification or any other alpha / numeric marking on OK components only. Very highly reliable & productive. Computerized display of readings with graphical representation.
