Behaviour and Effects
Dispergum 24 is a peptizer which disperses rapidly and allows easy incorporation due to its good solubility in rubber. It can be used in a wide temperature range in natural rubber or synthetic polymers such as SBR, BR or others. The duration of the mastication process is drastically reduced by high efficient oxidation catalysts and the supporting effect of zinc soaps. Dispergum 24 is not classified as hazardous material, it does not contain DBD or PCTP.
Application
For NR and peptizable SR grades.
Notes
The upper surface of the pellets show a varying, mainly lighter colour than the underside, due to cristallisation of the fatty acid carrier.
For detailed description of technological effects and dosages see DOG-Kontakt 25.

Behaviour and Effects
Due to its solubility in rubber, Dispergum 36 incorporates and disperses with exceptional ease and rapidity. It can be used for NR and SR over a wide temperature range on open mills and in internal mixers. Mastication times are dramatically reduced by Dispergum 36 due to the high efficiency of the oxidation catalyst.
Application
For NR and peptizable SR grades, in the necessary dosage.
Notes
Dispergum 36 is not classified as hazardous material. It does not contain DBD or PTCP. For detailed description of technological effects and dosages see D O G-Kontakt 36.

Behaviour and Effects
Due to its solubility in rubber, Dispergum 40 incorporates and disperses with exceptional ease and rapidity. Mastication times are dramatically reduced by Dispergum 40 due to the high efficiency of the oxidation catalyst. Composition and melting point of Dispergum 40 are designed specially for mastication in internal mixers at 90-150oC.
Application
For NR and peptizable SR grades, in the necessary dosage.
Notes
Dispergum 40 is not classified as hazardous material. It does not conatin DBD or PTCP.
Name : Dispergum E
Description: zinc soap
Composition : Zinc salt of defined unsaturated fatty acids
Appearance : Beige pellets
Analytical Values
- Ash, 2 h at 950 oC (%) DIN EN ISO 3451-1 : 12.5 - 13.5
- Dropping point, Mettler-apparatus (oC) DIN ISO 2176 : 78 - 88
- Density at 20oC (g/cm3) DIN ISO 787 part 10 A : 1.1
Dosage (phr) : 2 - 5
German Food Legislation (BfR Recommendation XXI) : Approved
Supply Form : 25 kg in paper bags
Storage Stability
In originally sealed package in cool and dry places : min. 1 year
Behaviour and Effects
Dispergum E is a processing additive which acts as lubricant and shows and shows a reducing effect on viscosity. It facilitates mixing and processing, energy can be saved by cooler mixing process and lower viscosities. As an additional effect the dispersion of fillers and other ingredients is improved in NR, SBR and NBR compounds.
Application
As a dispersing agent and as mild peptizer in masticatable polyners. Dispergum e is a pure zinc soap of high activity with a particular low dropping point and is therefore suitable for compounding with low shear forces and for open mill mixing. For extruded sections and intricate moulds, microcellular rubber, injection and transfer moulding as well as for soft coumpounds blended in internal mixers.
