Application
For nitrosamine-free vulcanized articles (mainly EPDM) which have to be non-blooming* and non-staining. By addition of ZBEC or TBzTD or CBS cure times can be shortened.

Notes:Deovulc BG200 contains long-chain zinc-dithiophosphates which gives reduced smell during vulcanization compared with Deovulc BG 187.

Befavour and Effects:
Deovulc BG 162 is designed as an 'efficient vulcanizing system (EV)'. It is used in combination with a reduced amount of suplhur (0.4-0.7 phr).
Application
Deovulc BG 162 is a blend of accelerators especially for heat-resistant moulded NBR-articles which meet high requirements on physical properties. Processing of Deovulc Bg 162 does not develop dangerous nitrosamines. Deovulc BG 162 can be used in combination with other sulfenamides or on its own as single accelerator.

Application
For
nitrosamine-free, reversion-stable compounds and products of excellent heat ageing made from NR, SBR, NBR or EPDM. Deovulc CLD-80 E acts as nitrosamine-free suplhur donor, which generates monosulfidic cross-linking during the vulcanization. Deovulc CLD-80 E is typically used in combination with accelerators and low sulphur dosages. The culcanizates have good heat resistance and low compression set.
