Flow properties and mould-filling are improved by reduced Mooney-viscosity. Deogum 294 eases the mould-release and provides a smooth surface. The organosilicone component in Deogum 294 is compatible with the elastomer and provides flow and release properties without the difficulties of a conventional silicone oil or silicone based additive.ApplicationDeogum 294 is added at the appropriate dosage into the internal mixer together with the filler.NotesThe use in EPDM is also proven to be of advantage.
