Application

Behaviour and Effects
Deotack RS gives rubber compounds an excellent/special building tack, which stays on the same high level for many days. With partial co-vulcanisation improved physical properties can be reached.

Application
Deotack RS is a tackifier for rubber compounds which need a high building tack i.e. for tyre carcasses, blends for remoulds, conveyor belts, reinforced tubes, bridge bearings, V-belts or rubber-metal components.

Composition : Cross-linked fatty oils with addition of special stbilizer

Appearance : White ground product

Application
Cure stabilizer for EPDM compounds containing CaO. Deostab improves state of cure and compression set without affecting the desiccant action of CaO by reducing the negative of CaO in the vulcanization course

Behaviour and Effects
Deosol H improves the dispersion of carbon black and light coloured filler. It also facilitates the processing of rubber compounds during calendering and extrusion. By adding Deosol H a smooth surface can be obtained. The mixing process runs easier and risk of scrorch is reduced.

Application
For all rubber compounds which cause difficulties during processing if water has no adverse effects.
